Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nowhub ("Nowhub," "we," "us," or "our") website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

Nowhub is a software-as-a-service platform for social media management, including content planning and scheduling, publishing to connected accounts, team collaboration, inbox management, analytics, reviews, and automation features. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Workspace owners and administrators may invite team members and assign roles. You are responsible for permissions granted within your workspace.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google). Your use of those platforms is subject to their separate terms and policies. You grant Nowhub permission to access and process data from connected accounts solely to provide features you enable.

We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, or content moderation decisions made by those platforms.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content—and to transmit it to connected platforms—solely to operate and improve the Service as you direct.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to post and publish your content and that your content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• Post spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by law;
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent;
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and users.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate agreement. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of paid features. You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support.

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Nowhub or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding except limited use necessary to describe your use of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOWHUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nowhub from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nowhub is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have mandatory rights under local law that cannot be waived by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
