Nowhub ("Nowhub," "we," "us," or "our") provides a social media management platform that helps businesses and teams plan content, publish to connected accounts, manage inbox messages, view analytics, and automate marketing workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, applications, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and workspace details such as company name and timezone.

Connected social accounts. When you connect platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google, we receive information authorized by you through OAuth, which may include profile identifiers, display names, profile pictures, page or account IDs, and access tokens required to publish content, sync inbox messages, or retrieve analytics on your behalf.

Content and usage data. We process posts, media, captions, schedules, inbox threads, reviews, automation rules, and analytics snapshots that you create or sync through the Service.

Technical data. We automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and diagnostic events to operate and secure the Service.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users and manage workspaces and team access;
• Publish and schedule content to connected social accounts at your direction;
• Sync inbox messages, reviews, and analytics from connected platforms;
• Process billing and subscription status when you purchase a paid plan;
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we access Meta Platform data only as needed to provide features you enable (for example publishing, inbox sync, or insights). We do not sell Meta Platform data. Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect Facebook or Instagram at any time from Settings → Connections in the Nowhub dashboard. Disconnecting revokes our access to new data from that account; previously stored data may be retained as described in the Data retention section until you request deletion.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, send email, or provide analytics (under contractual confidentiality obligations);
• Social platforms when you direct us to publish or sync content on your behalf;
• Team members within your workspace according to roles you assign;
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

You may update account details in Settings. You may revoke social platform access through each platform's settings or through Nowhub Connections.

To request deletion of your Nowhub account and personal data, email privacy@nowhub.co from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Data deletion request." Include your workspace name so we can verify ownership. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records for legal or security purposes.

To remove data held by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) independently of Nowhub, use Meta's account settings or submit a request through Meta's data deletion tools. Disconnecting your account in Nowhub stops further collection from that platform.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure token storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have collected such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
